OUR RETURN POLICY: Because of the specialized nature of our products, WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. Please be sure of what you want and your intentions before you purchase. You are not purchasing a pre-packaged item - you are purchasing specially crafted, unique, blessed products. You may return products unused WITHIN 30 DAYS for a full website credit minus shipping and handling. IT IS REQUIRED THAT YOU FIRST CONTACT US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (R.A.N.). before returning items for exchange.
Email office@spellmaker.com for an R.A.N. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not first authorized AND IS NOT accompanied by a valid R.A.N. If the merchandise is damaged in any way upon return, this will affect your website credit OR we will return it to you so that you may make a claim with the carrier that you used. Please pack carefully for return. We do NOT take products back cause you "changed your mind" about doing spell work. PLEASE be sure of your goals before ordering. If you accidently ordered the wrong product, DO NOT open that product up, smell it, touch it, etc. Just email us for an R.A.N. as instructed above and then return the item. Many items, such as Potions,Oils, etc., cannot be reused once you have broken the interior or exterior sanitary shield because these items go directly on peoples' skin, in their baths, etc. If other products have been opened, a $10.00 repacking and reconsecration fee PER ITEM, plus your orginal shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your website credit.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: If your order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it, there is a $25.00 cancellation fee. No exceptions. Again, we do not give refunds. We issue web credits that you can use at a later date.
RESERVED RIGHTS: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If you are rude, disrespectful, hateful, lewd, or otherwise ill-mannered, we are highly likely to discontinue service with you. We spend a lot of time with our clients and always treat them with respect and courtesy. We expect the same in return with all Spellmaker and Sheer Goddess staff members.
