OUR EXCHANGE POLICY:1. Any product that is unused may be exchanged WITHIN 30 DAYS for full website credit minus shipping and handling. If the product has been opened and handled, but not used (such as spell kits), then a $5.00 repacking fee per item will apply. (See below about the required R.A.N. before returning items.)
2. There is also NO exchange on "spells only" (no equipment, just the $5.00 spell) that are mailed to you or sent via email.
3. There is also NO exchange on books or CD's.
4. If the products are returned damaged, there will be no exchange. I will return the damaged products to you so you can file a claim with whichever carrier you use to ship. Please pack carefully for returns.
5. It is REQUIRED that you contact us first before returning products. You MUST receive a Return Authorization Number from our office before returning products. Otherwise, you will not receive credit for your return.
