Please note this important information before you fill out the registration form:

• Conference Location: The Albuquerque MCM Elegante Hotel and Event Center This beautiful hotel is offering a special discount for our convention guests. As soon as it is available, we will provide you with the discount code to use at the hotel for reservations.
• Please carefully read the payment options:
  • Payment option 1: You may choose to pay in full with your registration today. Your card will be charged the full $500.00. Guests paying in full with one payment are guaranteed a personal session with Mambo Sam!
  • Payment option 2: You may choose a payment plan that will automatically charge the card you use today $250.00 x2 starting with one charge today and one charge of $250.00 automatically in 30 days. If you are choosing this plan, please insure that the card you use today will be good for the next payment in 30 days or this will void and cancel your registration.
  • Payment option 2: You may choose a longer term payment plan that will automatically charge the card you use today $100.00 x5 starting with one charge today and 4 more charges of $100.00 automatically every 30 days. If you are choosing this plan, please insure that the card you use today will be good for the next four payments of $100.00 or your registration will be canceled.
  • Please Note: Charges to your credit card will show up as "Sheer Goddess."

• Registration DOES include all conference events, workshops, classes, etc. including "extra" classes for those who can attend on Friday afternoon, an informal cocktail party on Friday night(though there will be a cash bar), dinner on Saturday night, complete audio and written study materials, notebooks, and a surprise "goodie" bag for each participant. As mentioned above, the hotel provides a full free breakfast daily as well as a free shuttle to and from the airport and local tourist attractions!
• Registration does NOT include your travel expenses nor your hotel room.
• The conference agenda is still being worked on, but we do promise you an informative, educational, spiritual, and enjoyable experience.
• Once you have registered, you will receive information to join the AVC2008 Yahoo! forum. If you desire, you may use this forum to be in contact with other conference registrants as well as considering carpooling to New Mexico and/or rooming with someone to share costs. Additionally, we will update you with conference information on the forum as well as by email.
